Disaster Restoration Technicians

Do you have a strong work ethic and are passionate about helping community members in need? At Clean Joe, our Disaster Restoration Technicians are first to respond following an unforeseen property loss due to fire, flood, storm, or mold.

As a Disaster Restoration Technician, you will help provide understanding and compassion to those in need, assist in demolition, and prepare the job site for structural restoration services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Ensure clear two-way communication with Field Managers, Supervisors, Foreman, and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns)
• Performs fire/water repairs, to include water extraction, pack-out of contents, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, and demolition
• Prepares and reviews documentation to include notes, photos, and documents according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement from insurance companies
• Ensures equipment, supplies, vehicles, and products are properly handled
• Provides empathy, quality customer service and communication
  Establishes a good rapport with co-workers and clients
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance
  Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
• Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling
